Emily Sotiriadis (formerly Simonian) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, relationship specialist, mental health educator, and author. Focusing on strengths, goals and individuality, as well as fostering healthy emotional expression while providing mental health education are some of the influences that emphasize Emily's unique style of therapy for individuals and couples.

Emily's approach to counseling and education has been described as compassionate, authentic and holistic, with specializations in relationships, self-improvement, mindset skills, music and art therapies, and corporate wellness. Emily is passionate about mental health advocacy and has been quoted in The Washington Post, Huff Post, Insider and Verywell Mind, in addition to other media outlets.

Emily’s practice stands out for its integration of music and art therapy, drawing on her unique background—a B.F.A. in Contemporary Music and an M.A. in Psychology—to offer creative, evidence-informed support. Emily continues to work broadly in the field of music and composition while maintaining her private practice online on the East coast and in her home state of California.

Emily has direct training in helping those struggling with issues such as dating challenges, relationship conflict, anxiety and depression.
